摘要
建立一种快速有效的鸟枪质谱方法,分析水产动物肌肉组织内的磷脂轮廓。通过串联质谱直接进样分析从样品中提取的总脂,在正离子模式下以m/z 184.1为定性子离子通过母离子扫描模式确定磷脂酰胆碱(PC分子);以141 u为中性丢失碎片,通过中性丢失扫描模式确定磷脂酰乙醇胺分子(PE)。共鉴定出29种磷脂分子,包括16种PC分子和13种PE分子。3种水产品磷脂的分子种组成具有明显差异,各自具有独有分子,其中PE的分子组成差异最为明显。
Swift and effective shotgun mass spectrometry method is established to analyze phospholipid profile in muscle tissue of aquatic animal.Crude Iipid solution extracted from sample muscles was directly infused into tandem mass spectrometry.Phosphatidylcholine(PC molecular) molecules were determined by precursor ion scanning using m/z 184.1 as the qualitative daughter ion at positive ionization mode,and phosphatidylethanolamine(PE) molecules were determined by neutral loss scanning of an uncharged 141 u fragment at positive ionization mode.As total of 29 kinds of phospholipid molecular,including 16 kinds of PC molecular and 13 kinds of PE molecular,have been identified.There is obvious difference among the phospholipid molecular species compositions among the three kinds of aquatic products.Each of the aquatic products has their unique phospholipid molecule,of which PE molecular composition possessing the largest varience.
