摘要
测试获得胜利海上油田不同服役期海底输油管道均匀腐蚀部位的腐蚀深度和强度随时间的变化数据,在实际腐蚀环境的基础上,设计H2S/CO2高温高压模拟腐蚀实验,基于当量腐蚀时间,采用插值计算和回归分析获取了模拟腐蚀与退役管道强度降低系数的关系,并用扫描电镜分析了腐蚀过程的表面形貌。结果表明:在本腐蚀环境下的模拟腐蚀与退役管道腐蚀具有良好契合性,相同当量腐蚀深度下的模拟腐蚀强度降低系数与退役管道之间具有显著相关性。所以,以模拟腐蚀实验预测服役管道强度降低系数,具有可行性。
By testing different service period of submarine oil pipeline, the changing date of the uniform corrosion depth and strength was obtained. Based on the practical corrosion environment, the high temperature and high pressure simulated corrosion experiment including H2S/CO2 were designed for accelerating corrosion and analyzing surface morphology by SEM. On the base of equivalent corrosion time, using methods of interpolation calculation and regression analysis, the relationship of strength reduction factor between simulated corrosion sample piece and retired pipeline sample piece were obtained. The results show that the simulated corrosion experiment has favorable integrating point with practical corrosion environment. Under the same equivalent corrosion depth, there is significant correlation between the strength reduction factor of the simulated corrosion specimen and the retired pipeline specimen. Hereby, predicting the strength reduction factor of serviced pipeline by simulated corrosion experiment was feasible.
