摘要
在电子束快速成形TC4合金零件的过程中,由于加工方式的特殊性,易发生零件变形、熔融金属液球化以及"吹粉"现象。加工过程中主要通过工艺调整的方式避免以上问题,具体分为扫描策略调整以及电子束流参数调节。采用等间距顺序扫描策略可有效降低加工过程中的温度梯度,减少零件变形。调节束流功率与扫描速度,以及通过合理的参数组合可避免加工过程中的球化和吹粉现象。
The distortion of specimen, spheroidization of melting pool and somoking of powder are familiar issues during the fabrication of TC4 alloy by electron beam melting (EBM) technology due to its particular manufacturing process. The adjustment of process parameters ,including scan strategy and beam parameters, can solve these problems effectively. An equidistance line order scan strategy can reduce the thermal gradient to avoid the distortion of the specimen, and a proper combination ofbearn power and beam speed is useful to avoid the spheroidization of melting pool and smoking of the powder.
