摘要 采用粉末冶金法制备了铝青铜轴承材料,研究了烧结温度和压制压力对该材料密度、硬度和组织的影响。结果表明,随烧结温度升高,组织间孔隙逐渐收缩,同时总孔隙体积减少,密度先增大后略有减小,而硬度增加。随压制压力的升高,孔隙和界面减少,硬度和密度升高;当烧结温度升高,Ti颗粒与基体金属逐渐熔到一起。 Aluminum-bronze bearing material was fabricated by powder metallurgy. The effects of sintering temperature and compacting pressure on the density, hardness and microstmcture were studied. The results show that, with the increase of sintering temperature, the porous gradually decreases, the density increases first then decreases slightly, and the hardness increases. With the increase of compacting pressure, the number of porous and interface decrease, the density and hardness increase. Ti particles and matrix metal gradually dissolve together with the sintering temperature increasing.
