预变形对建筑用新型铝合金低温性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Predeformation on Properties at Low Temperature of New-type Aluminum Alloy for Building

摘要 建筑用新型铝合金Al-0.7Mg-0.5Si-0.1Y进行了室温10%变形量的预变形处理,进行了显微组织分析以及低温拉伸和低温冲击试验。结果表明,该预变形新型合金的低温拉伸和低温冲击性能均较商用6N01铝合金得到显著提高,其中-80℃抗拉强度、伸长率和冲击吸收功分别提高125%、6.4%、176%;-40℃抗拉强度、伸长率和冲击吸收功分别提高了92%、5.4%、113%;-20℃抗拉强度、伸长率和冲击吸收功分别提高了57%、4.5%、64%。 The new-type aluminum alloy of AI-0.7M g-0.5Si-0.1Y was treated by predeformation with deformation amount of 10% at room temperature. Moreover, the microstructure was analyzed. The tensile and impact at low temperature were tested. The results show that the predeformation new-type aluminum alloy has better tensile properties and impact properties at low temperature than commercial 6N01 aluminum alloy, particularly, the tensile strength, elongation and impact energy at the temperature of-80℃ increases by 125%, 6.4% and 176%, respectively. The tensile strength, elongation and impact energy at the temperature of-40℃ increases by 92%, 5.4% and 113%, respectively. The tensile strength, elongation and impact energy at -20℃ increases by 57%, 4.5% and 64%, respectively.
