摘要
研究了球磨工艺对Mo-W-Co合金粉末颗粒的粒度与振实密度的影响,通过改变球磨时的转速以及球磨时间,对球磨后的粉末进行扫描电镜分析、粒度测试和振实密度测试,得出了最佳的球磨工艺。结果表明:当球磨时间20h,球磨转速300r/min时,得到的Mo-W-Co粉末有较高的振实密度以及较小的粉末粒度。Co元素的分布情况也较低转速与短时间球磨更加均匀且稳定,从而得出较好的球磨工艺参数,即转速300 r/min球磨20h。
The effects of high-energy-milling parameters on the particle size and tap density of Mo-W-Co alloys were studied. In order to obtain the best milling parameters, by changing different rotating speed and milling time and treating the powder with SEM analysis, the particle size testing and tap density testing were carried out. The results show that when the milling time goes 20h and the milling rotating speed goes 300 r/min, the powder with better tap density and particle size can be obtained. Besides, Co element can be much more uniform with this parameter than milling in lower speed and shorter time. So the better ball milling process parameter is 300r/min and 20h.
