摘要 对国内外生产的Inconel600合金,在940℃保温不同时间,用扫描电镜分析微量元素和夹杂物;采用统计分析法研究了它们的差异以及国内外合金电解抛光工艺参数的变化。结果表明:与国外Inconel600合金相比,国内Inconel600合金Cr的贫化、Al2O3、TiO2和TiN等夹杂物的存在以及较高的微量元素Mg、P、S,这些对加热试样晶粒长大和电解抛光参数具有重要影响;国内合金杂质含量高、晶粒易长大,使抛光所消耗的电能降低。 The trace elements and inclusions morphology of Inconel600 supperalloy, domestic and overseas, different heat insulation time at 940 ℃, were analyzed by using SEM. The statistical analysis method was used to study the difference of trace elements content and electrolytic polishing parameters of the two kinds of alloys. The results show that, compared with the foreign Inconel 600, these factors of the domestic Inconel600 Cr alloy dilution, Al2O3, TiO2, TiN, etc. and the high minor elements content of Mg, P, S, have exerted the great effects on the grain growth and electrolytic polishing parameters of heat insulation treatment alloy sample. The electrolytic polishing consumes more lower power, which is caused by the domestic alloy with high impurity content, and the grain grows easily.
