摘要
对Fe73Si7.5B4.5P9.5C3.5Cu2非晶合金进行弛豫退火之后,非晶合金内部的结构发生一定程度的改变,再对该非晶合金进行部分晶化处理。研究发现,经弛豫退火处理的非晶合金析出的晶粒得到细化,其热稳性得到提高,同时提高了非晶合金综合的软磁性能。
After relaxation annealing, the interior structure of Fe73Si7.5B4.5P9.5C3.5Cu2 amorphous alloy took place a certain degree of change, and then partial crystallization treatment was conducted. The results show that the grain of relaxation annealed amorphous alloy is refined, the thermal stability and soft magnetic properties are improved.
