退火处理对工业汽车轧制CP2钛板材组织和性能的影响

摘要 对商业轧制CP2钛板进行50%冷轧后再于650℃进行不同时间退火,随后室温下进行单轴拉伸实验,研究了退火处理对钛板组织和性能的影响。结果表明,冷轧后650℃下退火,组织得到细化,性能得到改善。与原始板材相比,冷轧未退火材料强度提高而塑性急剧下降;而对于冷轧后退火材料,强度稍微降低而塑性得到明显改善。随退火时间的延长,晶粒长大明显。 In order to investigate the effect of annealing on the property of CP2 pure titanium plate, 50% cold rolling was conducted then annealed at 650 ℃ for different time. The results show that the microstructure gets refined and the properties are improved. Compared with the as-received samples, strength of the cold rolling samples without annealing increases much while the plasity decreases. By cold rolling and annealing at 650 ℃ for 15 min, the strength decreases slightly while the plasity improves obviously. As the increase of annealing time, grains grow up as well.
