摘要
油田注汽锅炉蒸汽干度检测是保证注汽安全和蒸汽计量的重要技术,设备长期使用后检测段局部发生磨蚀、腐蚀失效,造成计量精度降低,影响蒸汽干度的测量准确性和可靠性。本文通过对注汽锅炉检测段部分切割取样、宏观观察、腐蚀及金相显微观察和成分分析,对检测段的失效进行了研究,并对支架和V锥体的选材提出合理建议。
Steam dryness detection section of oilfield steam injection boiler was the equipment to ensure the steam injection safety and steam measurement. After long-term using, the local occurrence of abrasion and corrosion failure happens, and the accuracy of steam dryness detection reduces, the reliability of the equipment is affected. By cutting the sampling analysis, macroscopic observation, corrosion and metallographic observation, and the analysis of composition of the steam dryness detection section, the failure of the detection section were studied. The material used in the bracket and V type cone of the detection section was recommended.
