基于FACT-Hep量表的肝癌患者生命质量影响因素的典型相关分析

Canonical correlation analysis on influencing factors of quality of life in patients with liver cancer based on FACT-Hep questionnaire

目的了解肝癌患者生命质量现状及其临床影响因素。方法采用肝胆肿瘤治疗功能评定量表(FACT-Hep4.0中文版)对2012-2013年在云南省肿瘤医院住院的110例肝癌患者进行调查,同时收集临床客观指标资料,并采用典型相关分析客观指标与生命质量的关系。结果肝癌患者的总体生命质量得分(136.16±17.69)分,生理状况得分(22.30±3.67)分,社会/家庭状况得分(20.07±3.77)分,情感状况得分(18.56±2.47)分,功能状况得分(17.42±4.96)分,附加关注得分(57.81±8.04)分;典型相关分析得到一对有统计学意义的典型变量,典型相关系数为0.61(P<0.05),球蛋白、总胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、白蛋白水平与生命质量相关。结论与肝癌患者的生命质量相关的临床客观指标有球蛋白、总胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、白蛋白水平,积极关注这些指标并采取相应治疗措施对提高肝癌患者的生命质量有一定价值。

Objective To investigate the quality of life and its clinical influencing factors of patients with liver cancer. Methods The Chinese version of functional assessment of cancer therapy-hepatobiliary questionnaire（FACT-Hep） was used to evaluate the quality of life of 110 in-patient individuals with liver cancer at Yunnan tumor hospital during 2012-2013, the clinical objective index data were also collected. And the canonical correlation analysis was used to reveal the relationship among them. Results The total score of quality of life in patients with liver cancer was（136.16±17.69）. The scores of five domains of physical, social/family, emotional, functional and additional concerns specific symptoms were（22.30±3.67）,（20.07±3.77）,（18.56±2.47）,（17.42±4.96） and（57.81±8.04）, respectively. One canonical variables of the canonical correlation was statistically significant（P0.05）, with canonical coefficients being 0.61 and the level of albumin, globulin, alkaline phosphatase in the serum and total bilirubin being correlated with quality of life. Conclusion The quality of life in patients with liver cancer is correlated with the level of albumin, globulin, alkaline phosphatase the serum and total bilirubin, giving positive attention to these clinical indexes and to take corresponding treatment measures that have certain value to improve the quality of life in patients with liver cancer.
