摘要
利用钛白副产物硫酸亚铁作为还原剂,对软锰矿进行浸出还原生产硫酸锰的系统性试验研究。通过分析软锰矿粒度,搅拌速率,浸出时间,液固比,硫化亚铁与二氧化锰质量比,pH值和浸出温度对软锰矿还原率的影响,研究得出软锰矿浸出的优化条件。在该条件下,可获得含99.29%一水硫酸锰的硫酸锰粉末。试验数据的动力学分析显示,在20~80℃的反应温度范围内,浸出过程符合化学反应模型,该浸出过程的计算活化能为59.6 k J/mol。
Manganese leaching and recovery from pyrolusite ore were investigated by using ferrous sulfate from the byproduct of titanium dioxide as a reducing agent. The optimal leaching conditions were determined by analyzing the effects of particle size,including agitation rate,leaching time,liquid / solid mass ratio,ferrous sulfate /manganese dioxide mass ratio,p H,and leaching temperature on the recovery rate of manganese. Under optimal conditions,powder obtained contains 99. 29% MnSO4·H2O and small amounts of impurities. Kinetic analysis of the experimental data illustrated that the leaching process was fitted by a chemical reaction model in a temperature range of 20 ~ 80℃. The calculated activation energy for the reaction is 59. 6 k J / mol.
