摘要
广西天等县盛产低磷贫锰矿石,经过选矿后成为优质的炼锰原料。通过一段开路破碎,两级洗矿,粗精矿手选方法进行选矿生产,取得了较好的工艺技术指标。当原矿Mn4+品位为13.53%时,可得到Mn4+品位为22.71%的精矿,其锰回收率达到87.99%。
Tiandeng is rich in low-phosphorous low-grade manganese oxide ore,and now it becomes qualified in raw materials after mineral processing. Through open circuit crushing and two-stage washing and hand-selected,it may gain concentrate which contains Mn4 ＋22. 71%. The recovery is 87. 99% when the raw ore contain Mn4 ＋13. 53%.
