Influence of Contemporary World Public Opinion on China's Being Responsible Great Power and Countermeasures

伴随中国崛起,各种以中国形象为主题的论调开始充斥国际舆论,其显著特征是从"威胁论"至"责任论"的形象流变。这种舆论氛围对中国实现做负责任大国的宏伟目标造成诸多制约因素,我们须从自身、地区以及国际三个维度入手,通过提升话语权、坚持"亚洲安全观"以及向世界展示自身等途径,将负责任大国的角色构建这一艰巨道路走得更为踏实和坚定。

Along with the rapid rise of China,varieties of arguments on the theme of China's image are glutted with public opinion around the world and one salient feature is the image change from"China threat theory"to"China responsibility theory". This public opinion atmosphere has a negative effect on the realization of China's grand goal of being a responsible great power. To solve this problem,it is necessary to start from people themselves,regional and international dimensions and to be firmly on the tough road of building a responsible great power,through the ways of improving the discourse right,adhering to"Asian security concept"and showing to the world.
