国有大型煤炭企业推进社会责任管理路径探索

Discovery on social responsibility management route promoted by state owned large coal enterprises

在煤炭市场持续低迷的背景下,煤炭企业的发展受安全生产、生态环境保护约束的压力越来越大,实现转型发展迫在眉睫。从国有大型煤炭企业面临的责任挑战入手,以我国最大的煤炭企业为个案,研究了企业推进社会责任管理的路径,探索以社会责任的标准和要求统领改革转型发展的实践和启示,其研究可对煤炭企业履行社会责任、实现转型发展提供一定的借鉴和参考。

Under a background of the coal market in a sustained depression, the development of the coal enterprises is suf- fered by a more and higher pressure from a safety production and ecological environment protection restriction and a transfor- mational development was realized in urgent. ＂From the responsibility challenge faced to the state owned large coal enterprises, based on a largest coal enterprise in China as a case, the paper had a study on a route of the social responsibility manage- ment promoted by the enterprises and discovered the practices and inspiration of the leading reform and transformational devel- opment based on the social responsibility standard and requirements. The study in the paper could provide certain references to the coal enterprises for the social responsibility complemented and the transformational development realized.
