摘要
以黑龙江森工林业局员工为研究对象,运用问卷调查法与因子分析法对黑龙江森工林业局员工的工作倦怠与工作投入关系进行研究。结果表明:黑龙江森工林业局员工工作倦怠和工作投入不够现象严重;不同性别、工龄、婚姻状况和职务的员工在工作倦怠与工作投入上存在差异;员工个人性格特征与工作倦怠和工作投入程度有显著关联;心理契约的满足与工作倦怠负相关,与工作投入正相关;组织支持、创新求变、责任感、情感承诺以及工作态度都会对员工的工作投入产生影响,其中组织支持的影响是最大的。因此,提出为员工设计职业生涯发展路径、改革薪酬制度、重视员工的个性特征和心理状况等提高员工工作投入度的对策建议。
Take the Heilongjiang Province Forestry Bureau staff as the research object, using the method of questionnaire and factor analysis to research the staff' s work burnout and work engagement of Heilongjiang Forest Industry Bureau. Come to the conclusions: Heilongjiang Forest Industry Bureau employee burnout and work engagement is serious enough; gender,length of service,marital status and functions of the staff there are differences in burnout and work engagement; employee personality characteristics and job burnout and job level was significantly associated engagement; the satisfaction of psychological contract is negatively related to job burnout,and it is positively related to work engagement; organizational support, versatility, sense of responsibility, emotional commitment and work attitude will have an effect on employees' job engagement,including the effects of organizational support is the biggest of all. Proposed design staff career development path,to improve the pay system,pay attention to personality traits and psychological conditions and other employee suggestions to improve employee job commitment.
