麋鹿角对环磷酰胺并乙酰苯肼诱导血虚模型的作用 被引量:5

Effect of Elaphuri davidiani Cornu on the blood-deficiency model induced by acetylphenyhydrazine and cyclophosphamide in mice

摘要 目的:研究麋鹿角的补血作用。方法 :采用环磷酰胺并乙酰苯肼化学损伤血虚模型,以麋鹿角粉、麋鹿角水提取物以及水提药渣灌胃给药,检测小鼠体质量变化、外周血常规、骨髓细胞周期以及脾脏病理变化。结果:麋鹿角粉(1、2、4g/kg)和麋鹿角水提药渣(1、2g/kg)均对降低的模型小鼠外周血白细胞数有明显升高作用;麋鹿角粉(2、4g/kg)、水提取物以及水提药渣均能改善造模引起的小鼠体重下降,并能促进模型小鼠骨髓细胞由G0/G1期向S期转化,促进骨髓细胞DNA的合成,促进造血祖细胞的增殖;麋鹿角水提取物(1、2、4g/kg)具有改善模型小鼠脾脏病变的作用。结论 :麋鹿角对化学损伤性血虚模型小鼠有一定的保护作用。本研究可为麋鹿角药用资源的合理利用及其产业化提供科学依据。 A blood-deficiency model induced by acetylphenyhydrazine and cyclophosphamide in mice was established to study the supplementing blood effect of Elaphuri Davidiani Comu (EDC). The powder of EDC, the water extract of EDC and the resulting residue were tested. After garage with the samples for three weeks, the changes of peripheral blood indexes including white blood cell ( WBC), red blood cell, errohe- moglobin, hematocrit and blood platelet count in mice were determined, and the cell cycle in the bone marrow in mice was also measured. In addition, the spleen pathology was also obversed. Compared to the model group, all of the powder of EDC, the water extract of EDC and the residue could significantly improve the weight loss in the model mice, and they could also promote the transformation of the bone marrow ceils from G0/G1 phase to S phase. Both of the powder of EDC and the residue could significantly increase the WBC count. And the water extract could also improve the spleen pathological conditions. These results indicated that EDC have a protective effect on the blood-deficiency model caused by the chemical damage. The present study also provided a rational basis for comprehensive utilization of the resources of EDC and its resources industrialization.
