加味四妙汤在宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床效果

Analysis of the clinical effects for the patients with human papillomavirus by Jiaweisimiao decoction

目的:探讨加味四妙汤治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的临床效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将86例宫颈HPV感染患者均分为实验组和对照组,分别给予加味四妙汤和保妇康栓治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:实验组患者临床治愈率、总有效率共为39(90.70%),显著高于对照组32(74.42%);两组患者中医证候疗效实验组为:接触性出血43(100.00%)、外阴瘙痒42(97.67%)、带下异常41(95.35%)、小腹疼痛41(95.35%)、腰骶酸痛40(93.02%),改善率均显著高于对照组的34(79.07%)、33(76.74%)、34(79.07%)、35(81.40%)、32(74.42%);两组患者疗程结束后HPV转阴率及IFN-α、TNF-α水平实验组患者HPV转阴率为33(76.74%)、IFN-α为6.85±0.55、TNF-α为7.56±0.75,均显著高于对照组的22(51.16%)、6.17±0.62、7.34±0.71。结论:加味四妙汤治疗宫颈HPV感染临床有显著疗效,可有效改善患者中医证候,提高HPV转阴率。

Objective： To explore the clinical effects for the patients with human papiUomavirus by Jiaweisimiao soup. Methods ： Total of 86 cases of patients with human papillomavirus were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The experiment group were treated by Jiaweisimiao soup, the control group were treated by Baofukang. The clinical effects were compared. Results：The experimental group clinical cure rate and total effective rate of 39 （90.70%）, significantly higher than 32 （74.42%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05） ; the two groups of patients TCM syndromes ： efficacy in patients in the experimental group： contact bleeding 43 （ 100.00% ）, genital itching 42 （97.67%）, abnormal vaginal discharge 41 （95.35%）, abdominal pain, 41 （95.35%）, lumbar pain 40 （93.02%）, improve- ment rate significantly 34 （79.07%） was higher, and 33 （76.74%）, 34 （79.07%）, 35 （ 81.40% ）, 32 （74.42%）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the two groups HPV negative rate and IFN-α, TNF-α levels in patients after the end of treatment com- parison： the experimental group after the end of treatment in patients with HPV negative rate of 33 （76.74%）, IFN-ct was 6.85 ＋ 0.55, TNF-α was 7.56 ＋ 0.75, was significantly higher than the 22 （51.16%）, 6.17 ＋ 0.62,7.34 ＋ 0.71, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： It has distinct clinical curative effect for the patients with human papillomavirus by Jiaweisimiao soup, it can improve the tcm syndrome, improve the rate of HPV turn the negative, strengthen the body resistance and immunity toxicity, it can be used as optimal treatment plan.
