血脑屏障与免疫炎症反应 被引量:7

摘要 血脑屏障(blood brain barrier,BBB)严格调节血管与脑组织之间的离子、蛋白分子以及细胞的转运,是维持中枢神经系统内环境稳定的结构基础。功能正常的BBB可以阻止进入体内的毒素、药物以及自身免疫系统对神经组织的损伤。
