“Internet Plus Campus”: A New Phase of “Smart Campus” Construction of Colleges

在当下的互联网时代,高等教育面临着前所未有的新形势、新挑战,智慧校园建设也势必需要进入一个新的阶段,"互联网+"校园可能是这一发展阶段的新建设思路。"互联网+"校园意味着互联网与传统高校教学、管理、服务的深度融合,需要新的技术形态、数据形态、组织形态与关系形态,从而实现对传统大学信息化建设的重塑。基于"互联网+"校园理念,研究提出了当下高校信息化建设的一些关键举措。

In the current Internet era, higher education has been facing unprecedented new situations and new challenges. Therefore, smart campus construction needs to enter a new phase, which can be named as “Internet Plus Campus”. The “Internet Plus Campus” implies the integration of Internet and traditional higher education, which represents a new technological pattern, data pat-tern, organization pattern and relationship pattern, so as to realize the reconstruction of traditional college campus. Based on the idea of “Internet Plus Campus”, the key initiatives are put forward in the information construction of colleges.
