摘要
目的 探讨采用后路全椎板切除术、Cage置入椎间融合、椎弓根钉内固定治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症（DLS）的疗效。方法回顾性分析采用上述手术方法治疗的56例DLS患者的临床资料。结果 56例患者获6~12个月随访,植骨融合率达100%。术前、术后JOA评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。JOARR：91.03%。结论 采用手术方法治疗DLS,可获得到较为确实的复位和固定,脊柱融合率高,效果满意。
Objective To explore use of posterior laminectomy surgery and Cage placed interbody fusion and pedicle screw fixation for degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis （DLS）. Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed using the surgical method of treatment of 56 cases of DLS. Results Totally 56 cases for 6 to 12 months follow - up, and fusion rate 100% , Postoperative JOA scores were statistically significant differences between the former（P 〈 0.05） ,JOA RR：91.03%. Conclusion The group with surgical treatment DLS get more exact reduction and fixation, Spinal fusion higher, Clinical results were safisfactory.
