摘要
随着新一轮高考综合改革试点的启动,高中学业水平考试的权威性和应用性进一步增强。高中学业水平考试与课程标准的一致性对全面落实新课程目标,深化课程、教学和评价改革具有重要意义。采用课程实施调查模式判别物理学业水平考试试卷与课程标准的一致性,其结果表明两者不具备一致性。与课程标准相比,物理学业水平考试试卷在内容主题和认知水平的侧重均有一定程度的偏差。建立学业评价标准和构建专业化水准考试评价体系是提高学业水平考试与课程标准一致性的关键所在。而学业水平考试是学生毕业和升学的重要依据,建议增加高中理科学业水平实验操作考试,并由省级教育行政部门组织实施,确保实验操作考试的可信度和公信力。
With the startup of a new round of the comprehensive reform pilot for the College Entrance Examination, the authority and applicability of senior high school academic achievement test are further enhanced. The consistency between senior high school academic achievement test and curriculum standard is significant for achieving the new curriculum objectives, and deepening the reform of curriculum, teaching and assessment. Using Surveys of Enacted Curriculum consistency methodology to inspect the consistency between physics academic achievement test papers and curriculum standard, we found that there is no consistency between them. Compared with the curriculum standard, the physics academic achievement test papers have a certain degree of deviation in both content theme and cognitive level. To improve the consistency between academic achievement test and curriculum standard, it is critical to build academic assessment standard and professional assessment system. Academic achievement test is the important basis for students~ graduation and further study. Therefore, we suggest that a senior high school science academic achievement experimental operation test could be added. To ensure the credibility and public trust of the experimental operation test, and it is best to be organized and implemented by the provincial education administrative department.
