摘要
在中外交流日益频繁、专业学位大力发展的背景下,建构在优势互补、资源共享、互惠互利理念上的校企协作是培养翻译硕士(MTI)学生实践技能的主要路径选择。翻译实践是MTI培养必不可少的环节,MTI学生在校企协作翻译实践基地的质量管理是整个实践过程的核心。本文探讨校企协作的共赢价值、MTI社会实践质量的制约因素,以及校企协作背景下MTI社会实践质量管理评价指标体系与模型。本文认为,创新校企互动模式、实施全面质量管理、多元参与的过程监控和聚焦翻译技能的结果管理等路径可以提升MTI社会实践质量。
Under the background of frequent foreign exchange and rapid development of professional degree education, the school-enterprise cooperation, which is characterized by complementary advantages and shared resources and mutual benefits, becomes the main choice in cultivating the MTI students by means of practice. MTI Internship, as an essential part in MTI talents cultivation, plays a decisive role in ensuring the internship quality of MTI students in translation projects based on school-enter- prise cooperation. Guided by the overall quality management theory, this paper discusses the win-win result and restraining factors in the school-enterprise cooperation as well as the internship quality management strategy under the mode of school-enterprise interaction. This paper argues that the in- ternship quality depends on the process monitoring of the multiple participants and the result evalua- tion of relevant translating techniques.
