摘要
目的利用斑马鱼模型探讨复方苦参注射液联用顺铂对血管生成的协同抑制作用。方法采用24hpf(hour post fertilization,hpf)健康TG(VEGFR2∶GFP)系血管荧光转基因斑马鱼作为实验动物模型,分别用复方苦参注射液、顺铂、以及两药联合处理24h,以节间血管作为考察依据,并用SPSS软件对所得数据进行统计处理。结果顺铂单用时以50,100μg·ml-1浓度抑制节间血管效果明显,复方苦参注射液为0.5%时抑制节间血管效果明显,两者联用时较单用抑制更明显。结论复方苦参注射液与顺铂有一定的抑制血管生成作用,两者联合具有协同增效作用。
Objective To discuss whether Compound Kushen Injection( CKI) and cisplatinum( DDP) have synergistic inhibitory effect on angiogenesis by using zebrafish model.Methods Healthy transgenic Tg( VEGFR2: GFP) zebrafish at 24 hpf was used as animal model.Zebrafish embryos were treated by Compound Kushen Injection,cisplatinum,and combinations of the two medicines for 24 h.Intersegmental vessels( ISV) length was used as the assessment criteria for angiogenseis and SPSS was used to process the datas.Results Strong inhibition to ISV was showed when DDP( 50,100μg·ml- 1) and CKI were used singly,and stronger inhibition was showed when the combination was used.Conclusion DDP and CKI all play a role to vascular formation and the combination has synergic effect to vascular formation.
