摘要
目的观察瑶医挑针疗法治疗原发性痛经临床疗效。方法选择原发性痛经患者120例为研究对象,采用瑶医挑针疗法治疗3个月,观察治疗前后患者痛经症状积分的变化,并评定疗效。结果治疗前后患者痛经症状积分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);本研究痊愈率为60.8%,显效率为21.7%,有效率为10.8%,总有效率为93.3%。结论瑶医挑针疗法治疗原发性痛经具有确切疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Yao medicine pick needle therapy curing primary dysmenorrhea.Methods By selecting 120 patients with primary dysmenorrhea for the study,they were cured using Yao medicine pick needle for3 months.Later,we observed the changing points in patients with symptoms of dysmenorrhea before and after treatment,and evaluated.Results The symptoms points of dysmenorrhea were significantly different before and after treatment（ P〈0.05）.In this study,the cure rate was 60.8%,effective rate is 21.7%,the effective rate was 10.8%,the total effective rate was 93.3%.Conclusion The Yao medicine pick needle therapy has the exact effect of the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
