针药结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床进展

Progress in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Acupuncture and Medicine

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是引起育龄妇女生殖功能障碍常见原因之一,并常伴有代谢异常等内分泌紊乱综合征。越来越多研究表明,针药结合对该病具有良好的调节效应。文章就针灸结合中药、针灸结合西药、针灸结合中西药在治疗中的临床应用规律进行归纳总结,探讨针药结合的优势特点,以期为临床治疗PCOS提供新的思路。

Polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS） is one of the major causes of reproductive dysfunction,and often accompanied by endocrine disorder syndrome.A growing clinical research data shows that the therapy consists of acupuncture and medicine has a certain advantage in the treatment of PCOS.In this paper,we will summarize the clinical application characteristics of acupuncture and medicine,which include acupuncture and Chinese herbs,acupuncture and drugs,acupuncture and herbs drugs.So,it will provide new ideas and evidences for clinical treatment of PCOS.
