摘要
目的明确NaCl和NaHCO3胁迫对白芥种子萌发的影响。方法采用培养皿纸上发芽法,分别用不同浓度的NaCl和NaHCO3对白芥种子胁迫处理,对其发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、复萌率等指标进行测定并分析。结果白芥种子的发芽势、相对发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数随盐浓度的增加呈下降趋势,影响白芥种子相对发芽率的NaCl浓度的适宜值、临界值、极限值分别为0.9545%、1.2165%、1.4786%;NaHCO3浓度的适宜值、临界值、极限值分别为0.3662%、0.4433%、0.5044%。清水复萌试验表明,经NaCl胁迫的种子有不同程度的复萌;经NaHCO3胁迫种子复萌率为0。结论白芥种子有一定耐盐碱能力,其耐NaCl能力强于耐NaHCO3能力。
Objective To determine the effect of NaCl and NaHCO3 stress condition on the seed germination of Sinapis alba L..Methods The petri dish paper germination method was used.The seeds of Sinapis alba L.were respectively subjected to stress treatments with different concentrations of NaCl and NaHCO3,then the germination rate,germination potential,relative germination rate,germination index and vigor index,recovery germination rate of Sinapis alba L.were determined and analyzed.Results With increased salt concentrations,germination potential,the relative germination rate,germination index,vigor index of seeds of Sinapis alba L.were reduced.The appropriate value,critical value,limit value of NaCl concentration which influenced on the relative germination of seeds of Sinapis alba L.were 0.9545%,1.2165%,1.4786%.The appropriate value,critical value,limit value of NaHCO3 concentration which influenced on the relative germination of seeds of Sinapis alba L.were 0.3662%,0.4433%,0.5044%.After the stress being removed,the seeds of Sinapis alba L.with NaCl stress had different degree of recovery germination,the seeds with NaHCO3 stress had 0 recovery germination.Conclusion Sinapis alba L.seeds had certain salinity resistance,The resistance of NaCl was stronger than NaHCO3.
