“新常态”下推动大庆经济发展的几点思考

大庆油田经历了连续27年5000万吨高产稳产和连续12年4000万吨稳产之后,走到了产量下降的拐点。同时受国际油价下跌的影响,大庆的经济正面临着前所未有的"新常态"。实现创新驱动,加快接续替代产业的发展是保持大庆经济繁荣稳定的重要战略举措。

It had been 27 years since the oil production of Daqing was 50 million tons of high and stable yield, also it had been 12 years since the production was 40 million tons of stable yield. But this year, the inflection point of oil production decline is coming. At the same time, the international oil prices was falling, so the economy of Daqing is facing an unprecedented ＂new normal＂. To realize innovation driven and to accelerate development of alternative industries are the important strategic moves to keep the economy of Daqing prosperity and stability.
