摘要
采用金相显微镜(OM)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、差热扫描仪(DSC)等分析手段对Mg-15Ca-15Zn-6Cu合金相变储热材料的组织结构与热物性参数进行了分析。通过反复熔化-凝固热循环试验,研究了该合金的热循环稳定性。结果表明,Mg-15Ca-15Zn-6Cu合金经历1 000次热循环后的相变温度和相变潜热分别为510.2℃和198.7J/g,与循环前的初始合金相比,相变温度提高了5.5%,相变潜热减小了5.56%,因此,表现出良好的热循环稳定性。
The microstructure and thermo-physical properties of Mg-15Ca-15Zn-6Cu phase change heat storage alloy were investigated by optical microscope(OM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and differential thermal scanner(DSC).By the experiment of melting/freezing thermal cycle,thermal cycling stability of the alloy was analyzed.The results show that,after 1 000 thermal cycles,the phase change temperature and phase change latent heat reach 510.2 ℃ and 198.7J/g,respectivly.Compared with the primary alloy,the phase transition temperature is increased by 5.5%,and phase change latent heat is decreased by5.56%,so the Mg-15Ca-15Zn-6Cu alloy exhibits satisfied thermal cycling stability.
