摘要
根据多功能反重力铸造设备实际生产时出现的问题,开发了新型一体化反重力铸造气路控制系统。原有的模拟量气动薄膜阀转换成响应速度更快和控制精度更高的数字组合阀,提高了一体化反重力铸造气路控制系统的精度、可靠性和易操作性,为满足不同类型铸件的生产需求提供了更好的工作平台。
According to problems in the multifunction counter-gravity casting equipment in the practical application,a new pneumatic control system was developed.Pneumatic diaphragm valves were replaced by the self-developed assembled digital valve system,and the system has faster responding velocity and more accurate.The new pneumatic control system has the features of higher reliability,control accuracy and easy operation,which improves the practicability of the counter-gravity casting equipment and provides a better working platform for different kind of castings.
