摘要
研究了室温拉伸测试过程中应变速率对TA15钛合金力学性能的影响,为金属材料的检测不确定度提供参考,且材料在高应变速率条件下的应力几乎是准静态环境下的1.65倍,这充分说明应变速率对材料的屈服强度的影响非常明显。随着应变速率的提高,材料的屈服应力不断提高,且在动态环境下表现得非常强烈。
Influences of strain rate on the room temperature properties of TA15 titanium alloy were investigated to provide a reference for the measurement of metal material uncertainty.The stress under high strain rate is almost 1.65 times of the quasi static environment,fully revealing the effects of strain rate on the yield strength of material.With the improvement of strain rate,the yield stress is increased continuously,especially in a dynamic environment.
