摘要
以新型发动机低涡一级工作叶片为研究对象,针对叶片精铸工艺的主要工序,即蜡模的制造、组合,型壳的制造以及合金的熔铸等工序进行了研究与试验。对研制过程出现的粘砂、浇不足、缩松等缺陷进行分析,最终确定出该叶片的合适可行的工艺方法和工艺参数。
The first low pressure turbine blade of a certain new type aircraft engine was produced by investment casting.The main investment casting procedures were described,such as the wax pattern making and assembly,shell making and alloy melting as well as pouring process.A series of tests were carried out to analyze the casting defects such as adhering sand,misrun and micro-shrinkage.Finally,available process methods and parameters were presented.
