摘要
为解决现有沥青路面设计只以结构性能为指标,未考虑路面抗滑性能的不足,针对粗细两种级配类型的实际沥青路面芯样及相应的室内Superpave旋转压实成型的沥青混合料试件,采用铺砂法、激光构造测试仪法、摆式摩擦系数测试仪(BPT)法及动态摩擦系数测试仪(DFT)法等4种不同的测试方法测试了路面宏观构造及抗滑性能,分析了测试方法、试件成型方式、设计参数与路面宏观构造及抗滑性能之间的关系。结果表明:路面宏观构造参数MTD分别与路面设计参数及抗滑性能之间具有良好的相关性。以MTD作为中间参数建立了路面设计参数与其抗滑性能之间的预测模型,为基于抗滑性能的沥青路面优化设计提供依据。
The existing asphalt pavement design methods only use the structural parameters as design parameters without considering surface performance.A series of asphalt pavement types,including coarse and fine gradations,were chosen to test their texture and friction using different texture(i.e.Sand Patch Testing and Laser Texture Tester) and friction testing methods(i.e.British Pendulum Tester and Dynamic Friction Tester).At the same time,the mixture samples,with same design parameters,were compacted with Superpave Compactor Method and tested with the same testing methods.Based on those testing results,the relationships between different testing methods,compaction methods,design parameters and macro-texture and skid resistance were obtained.The results show that there are a good correlation between macro-texture,skid resistance and the MTD.Meanwhile,a model to predict the skid resistance of asphalt pavement using the design parameters was built.It can be used in asphalt pavement design basing on skid resistance performance.
