摘要
基于混合料室内试验和SEM等微细观分析手段,研究不同破乳速度的乳化剂复配方案对水泥乳化沥青混合料的施工性能与路用性能的影响规律,揭示混合料强度形成机制。研究结果表明:乳化沥青破乳速度过快或过慢都不利于混合料的路用性能;采用MQK-1M和SBT两种成品乳化剂,按照1.0%SBT+0.8%MQK-1M进行复配,制备的水泥乳化沥青混合料具有良好的施工性能、力学性能和路用性能,可以用作于路面中、下面层和柔性基层材料。
Through laboratory test and microscopic concept analysis means such as scanning electron microscope,the demulsification speed's influence law on cement emulsified-asphalt mixture's construction performance and pavement performance of different emulsifier complex scheme were studied to reveal the mixture's strength formation mechanism.The results show too fast or too slow demulsification speed is not conducive to mixture's pavement performance.The two different emulsifiers MQK-1M and SBT were remixed with the scheme of 0.8% + 1.0% to produce emulsion.And the mixture which used this emulsion possessed good construction performance,mechanical performance and pavement performance.And this mixture can be used for the pavement's mid-layer,lower layer and flexible base.
