摘要
乘客信息需求与供给不匹配是乘客在枢纽依靠客运标志系统完成换乘效果不佳的主要原因之一。在分析国内外引导标志认知差异性的基础上,从标志系统统筹规划、标志系统设计与设置、规范化设计与协调机制等3方面,剖析国内客运枢纽在乘客引导方面普遍存在的问题并提出改善方案;分析了不同标志系统间缺乏衔接、标志数量多、内容多、信息冲突、缺乏枢纽位置标志、广告设置混乱等问题;指出应规范各项设计工作,并建立部门间联动机制协调需求。
It's mainly responsible for the bad transfer that passenger information demand mismatches information supply.The existing problems and improving measures for passenger guide signs were discussed from three aspects including the overall planning of guide sign system,the design and setup of guide sign system,and design standardization and coordination mechanism,based on analyzing the cognitive differences of guide signs at home and abroad.The common problems including that lack of connection between different sign systems,many signs and much information,information conflict,no hub location signs,and chaotic advertising in transport hub were analyzed.The results show that various basic design work should be standardized,and different departments should coordinate the demand.
