摘要 油气管道通信光缆是现代化管道完整性系统的重要组成部分,其安全性至关重要,但由于本身较弱的抗冲击性能,一旦现场施工不规范,就极易发生光缆破坏或断缆等事故。通过借鉴管道外检测的成功经验,提出一种管道通信光缆的定位测试方法:利用适当的地面检测技术,结合开挖检验的方式,对管道通信光缆进行有效、准确定位,全面了解光缆走向及埋深等具体情况,详细排查测试光缆存在的各种不安全因素,并提出相应建议。现场开挖检验结果表明:该测试方法的光缆水平定位误差小于1%、垂直定位误差小于10%,满足光缆定位及后期整改的实际需求。研究成果对管道伴行通信光缆的保护及整改具有现实意义。 Communication optical fiber cable of oil and gas pipeline is an integral part of modern pipeline integrity system. Its safety is critical. However, due to weak impact resistance, it is prone to be damaged or broken if the site construction is not conducted as specified. Based on the successful practices of pipeline external inspection, a location test method of pipeline communication optical cable is developed. It can effectively and accurately locate the pipeline communication optical cable by using appropriate ground testing technology and appropriate excavation inspection way. With this method, the direction and depth of optical fiber cable are comprehensively understood, and various unsafe factors for the cable are thoroughly investigated. Then, corresponding suggestions are put forward. The results have a realistic signficance on protection and rectification of communication optical cable along the pipeline. The site excavation test results show that this method realizes a horizontal location error less than 1% and vertical location error less than 10%, which satisfy the actual demand of optical cable locating and late rectification.
