基于双Duffing振子的天然气管道泄漏检测系统

摘要 为了快速、准确检测出天然气管道的泄漏情况,基于混沌振子检测微弱信号原理,设计出双Duffi ng振子检测天然气管道泄漏的系统:在传统的单Duffi ng振子的基础上,再加入一路信号,很好地抑制了单Duffi ng振子在输出过程中的周期性运动及其共模干扰,凸显出真正的混沌状态,有效提高了系统检测的灵敏度和准确度。在伊犁哈萨克自治州进行多次试验检测,结果表明:双Duffi ng振子检测系统能够很好地识别出天然气管道泄漏情况,且速度快、准确度高,具有一定的推广价值。 To detect leakages of natural gas pipeline quickly and accurately, a leakage detection system with dual-Duffingoscillator for natural gas pipeline is developed on principles related to pickup of weak signal by chaotic oscillators. On bases of conventional single Duffing oscillator, another line of signals is added to suppress periodical movements and common mode interference with exports of single Duffing oscillator, so that effective chaotic state is highlighted truly, and accuracy and sensitivity of the detection system are significantly enhanced. This new system has been tested for several times in the Qazaq Autonomous Prefecture of Ili. Relevant results show that the dual-Duffing-oscillator detection system can effectively detect leakages in natural gas pipelines. With fast speed and high accuracy, the new system may be promoted to similar operations.
