血竭固体分散体胶囊的制备研究

Preparation Studies of Dragon's Blood Solid Dispersion Capsules

目的采用固体分散体技术制备速释型血竭胶囊。方法以血竭溶出度作为评价指标,分别对血竭固体分散体的处方和制备工艺进行考察,并利用红外、DTA进行物相鉴别。结果确定以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)K30为辅料,血竭与辅料比为1∶4,采用溶剂法制备血竭固体分散体胶囊,30min内溶出度可达到80%,高于市售血竭胶囊44倍以上。结论将血竭制备成固体分散体胶囊能够大大提高药物的利用度。

OBJECTIVE Making the dragon＇s blood solid dispersion capsules by solid dispersion tech- nique. METHODS Choosing the dissolution as the index to investigate the preseription and technique, the using UV detection and DTA as the determination of the drug. RESULTS Choosing Polyvinylpyrrolidone as the carrier materials, and the ratio of drug：carrier was 1：4, choosing the solvent method to prepare the capsules, the dissolution reach 80% and was nearly 44 bold to capsules as goods. CONCLUSION Solid dispersion can improve the bio- availability of dragon＇s blood significantly,help to expand the use of range.
