虎杖降脂颗粒对高脂血症大鼠降脂作用机理的初步研究 被引量:7

Preliminary Studies on the Mechanism for Reducing Blood Lipids of Huzhang Jiangzhi Granules in Hyperlipidemic Rats

摘要 目的研究虎杖降脂颗粒对高脂血症大鼠降脂作用的机理。方法高脂性饮食诱导大鼠高脂血症,口服给予不同剂量的虎杖降脂颗粒,考察其对模型动物的SOD、MDA、GSH-Px水平、肝组织脂蛋白酯酶(Lipoprotein Lipase,LPL)、肝酯酶(Hepatic Lipase,HL)和总脂酶活性以及对包括全血粘度、全血还原粘度、全血相对指数、血浆粘度值、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞刚性指数(IER)、红细胞聚集指数(IEA)、红细胞变形指数(IED)在内血液流变学性质的影响。结果与模型组比较,血脂康、脂降宁阳性对照组和实验组中、高剂量组SOD活性均不同程度升高,MDA活性均不同程度降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);与模型组比较,血脂康、脂降宁阳性对照组和实验组低、中、高剂量组均能不同程度地升高LPL、HL和总脂酶活性;而且均能不同程度地降低大鼠全血粘度,血浆粘度,全血高、低切还原粘度和全血高、低切相对指数,以及降低HCT、IER和IEA,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)结论虎杖降脂颗粒对高脂乳剂诱导的高脂血症模型大鼠具有明显的治疗作用,该作用可能与其提高机体的抗氧化能力、抵抗自由基介导的脂质过氧化作用,调节肝脏脂代谢关键酶LPL和HL的活性以及改善血液流变学有关。 OBJECTIVE To study the mechanism for reducing blood lipids of HuzhangJiangzhi Granules in hy- perlipidemic rats. METHODS The hyperlipidemia was induced by administrating with high fat emulsion, different oral doses of HuzhangJiangzhi Granules were given to rats. The effect for the drug on SOD, MDA, GSH-Px, enzyme activity of LPL, HL and total lipase, characteristic of hemorheology including whole blood viscosity, whole blood re- duced viscosity and plasma viscosity, HCT, ER, lEA, IED were observed. RESULTS The SOD activity were all in- creased to different degrees in positive control group, middle dose group and high dose group compared with the mod- el group, the activity of MDA were reduced to varying degrees, the difference has statistical significance( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ). Likewise, the enzyme activity of LPL, HL and total lipase were all increased to different degrees. The pa- rameters of hemorheology were redueed to arying degrees including whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscos- ity and plasma viscosity, HCT, ER, IEA, lED. the difference has statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ) . CONCLUSION Huzhang Jiangzhi Granules has significant therapeutic effects for hyperlipidemic rats induced by high-fat emulsion. the effects may be related to improve the body's antioxidant capacity and resist lipid peroxidation mediated by free radical, regulating enzymes activity of LPL and HL and improve characteristic of hemorheology.
