摘要
目的建立测定筋展络通胶囊中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱：XBridge TM Shield RP18柱（4.6×250mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（15∶85）;流速：1.0m L·min-1;柱温：30℃;检测波长：230。结果芍药苷进样量在0.1854~1.1124μg范围内与面积线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为96.73%,RSD=2.02%（n=6）。结论建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于筋展络通胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determining the paeoniflorin content in Jinzhan Luo- tong Capsules. METHODS The XBridgeTM Shield RP1s column （4.6 × 250mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution （15：85） ;The flow rate was 1.0mL · min-land the column tem- perature was maintained at 30℃;The UV detection wavelength was set at 230nm. RESULTS pae0niflorin showed good linear relationship in the range of 0. 1854 ~ 1.1124μg （r = 0. 9997 ）, the average recovery was 96. 73%, RSD was 2.02% （n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Jinzhan Luotong Capsules.
