摘要
目的建立GC法测定咽炎含片中薄荷脑含量的方法。方法色谱柱为HP-FFAP毛细管色谱柱（30m×0.32mm×0.25μm）,FID检测器,以桉油精为内标,按内标法计算薄荷脑的含量。结果薄荷脑进样浓度在5.3~106μg·m L-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9997）,平均加样回收率=97.7%,RSD=0.7%（n=6）。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于咽炎含片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a GC method for the determination of menthol in Yanyan Lozen- ges. METHODS The samples were separated on a HP-FFAP capillary column （30m × 0. 32ram × 0. 25μm）, FID was used as detector with eucalyptol as internal standard. RESULTS The linear range of menthol was 5.3 ~ 106μg · mL-1（r =0. 9997） ,the average recovery was 97.7% ,RSD =0.7% （n =6）. CONCLUSION This method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be used for the quality control of the drug.
