孟鲁司特辅助治疗反复发作性小儿过敏性紫癜疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Montelukast on Adjuvant Treating of Repeated Relapsing Pediatric Allergic Purpura

目的探讨孟鲁司特辅助治疗反复发作性小儿过敏性紫癜临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院收治的反复发作性过敏性紫癜患儿102例,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均为51例。对照组以常规疗法进行治疗,观察组在常规疗法的基础上加服孟鲁司特咀嚼片,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果 4周后,对照组总有效率为70.6%,观察组总有效率为94.1%,两组在治疗期间均无明显不良反应出现。结论孟鲁司特能够显著提高常规疗法对反复发作性小儿过敏性紫癜临床疗效,并无不良反应发生。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the curative effect of montelukast on adjuvant treating of repeated relap- sing pediatric allergic purpura. METHODS 102 cases of repeated relapsing pediatric allergic purpura were random- ly divided into two groups, control group （51 cases） using routine treatment and observation group （51 cases） using routine treatment and montelukast chewable tablet. The treatment effect and untoward effect were compared in two groups. RESULTS After 4 weeks, the total effective rate was 70. 6% in control group and 94. 1% in observation group. There was no adverse drug reaction occurred during the treatment. CONCLUSION Montelukast can signifi- candy improve the effect of routine treatment on the repeated relapsing pediatric allergic purpura without adverse drug reaction.
