摘要 为降低整数槽永磁同步电动机的振动和噪声,提出一种新的磁极偏移方法,设计了一款2 000 r/min,52 k W、8极48槽永磁同步电动机。基于Ansoft/Maxwell,创建了电动机的二维有限元模型,计算和分析了电动机的齿槽转矩、转子气隙磁场、输出转矩和径向力波。仿真结果表明:通过采用该磁极偏移方法,可以降低电动机的转矩脉动和噪声。仿真结果与样机试验结果误差在5%以内,验证了该电动机设计的可靠性。 To reduce vibration and noise of integer slot permanent magnet synchronous motors,a new type of pole shift method was presented. A PMSM with 2 000 r / min,52 k W,8 poles and 48 slots was designed. This paper established a 2D finite element analysis model for the motor based on Maxwell of Ansoft. The cogging torque,air-gap magnetic field of rotor,output torque and radial electromagnetic force waves of the motor were analyzed and calculated. The simulation results show that the torque ripple,vibration and noise of the PMSM can be reduced through this type of pole shift method. The errors between the simulation results and the test results were less than 5%,which confirmed the reliability of the design method.
