微小核糖核酸-208与心血管疾病关系研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 微小核糖核酸是一类长21~25个核苷酸的高保守性的非编码小分子RNA,主要通过与靶基因真核mRNA的3’非翻译区结合而调控基因的表达。近年来研究发现循环血微小核糖核酸在心血管疾病中的含量会发生变化,现就心肌特异性的微小核糖核酸-208在心血管疾病的研究进展做一综述。 MicroRNA( miRNA) is a class of highly conserved non coding small molecule RNA,which is about 21 - 25 nucleotides,and regulates the expression of genes by combining 3'-UTR mRNA region. In recent years,it has been found that the contents of circulating blood miRNAs in cardiovascular diseases will change. This article reviews the progress of miRNA-208 in the research of cardiovascular disease.
