经皮心室重建术——左心室室壁瘤治疗新进展 被引量:4

摘要 左心室室壁瘤是心肌梗死常见并发症,既往对室壁瘤合并心力衰竭的治疗常采用内科药物治疗和外科左心室减容术,但是疗效欠佳。由于介入心脏病学的迅猛发展,经皮心室重建术已经成为一种可行的治疗方法,现就经皮左心室重建术进行综述。 Left ventricular aneurysm is a common complication of myocardial infarction. Presently,medicine agents and left ventricular volume reduction are the main treatment methods for ventricular aneurysm complicated with heart failure,while the treatment effectiveness is not satisfactory. Due to the rapid development of interventional technology,percutaneous ventricular reconstruction has become a feasible treatment for left ventricular aneurysm. In this article,percutaneous left ventricular reconstruction is reviewed.
