Mechanism and Advance of Therapeutic Strategies about Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome with Hypertension

睡眠呼吸暂停综合征常与高血压合并发生,是继发性高血压的重要原因。临床上睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者中绝大多数属于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征。有研究表明,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与高血压相关。现对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并高血压的机制及其治疗做一综述。

Sleep apnea syndrome（ SAS） often occurs with hypertension,which is also one common cause for secondary hypertension.In clinical practice,majorities of the SAS actually belong to the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（ OSAS）. Moreover,lots of studies have confirmed that there were some relationships between OSAS and hypertension. Therefore,this article summarizes the mechanism about hypertension caused by OSAS and the general therapeutic strategies.
