软枣猕猴桃雌雄株Vc和色素含量及保护酶活性差异 被引量:3

摘要 以软枣猕猴桃雌雄株叶片、根系、果实和种子为试材,测定了Vc、叶色素、花青苷及保护酶活性。结果表明:软枣猕猴桃雌雄株叶片叶色素含量和Vc含量无显著差异,但雌株花青苷含量显著高于雄株。软枣猕猴桃雌雄株各器官SOD活性无显著差异,但雄株根系POD活性显著高于雌株,而雄株叶片的POD活性显著低于雌株。软枣猕猴桃不同器官SOD和POD活性差异较大,雌株根系POD活性最高,而种子SOD活性最高。 Using leaves,roots,fruits and seeds of male and female plants of Actinidia arguta as materials,the protective enzyme activity,contents of Vc,chlorophyll and anthocyanin were determined.The results showed that there were not significant differences in contents of chlorophyll and Vc in leaves between the male and female plants of Actinidia arguta,but the anthocyanin content in the female plant was significantly higher than in the male plant.No significant difference in SOD activity was found between male and female plants of Actinidia arguta.POD activity in the roots of male plants was significantly higher than females,whereas POD activity in male leaves was significantly lower than in female leaves.SOD and POD activities of different organs were significantly different.The female roots showed the highest POD activity,while its seeds revealed the highest SOD activity.
