分析韩国新村建设运动中主体培养的成功经验,摸索适合我国新农村建设农村领军人物的培养方案。首先阐述新农村建设农村领军人物培养的意义和必要性,分析韩国新村建设运动的成功经验,结合我国实际情况提出新农村建设农村领军人物培养方案,最后得出我国社会主义新农村建设必须注重新型农民培养同时培养能够带动新农村建设的农村领军人物的紧迫性的结论。

The successful experience of the main training in South Korea New Construction Movement was analyzed,consequently,the suitable Training Program for the mentors of China＇s New Rural Construction was discussed.Firstly,the significance and necessity of the mentor training of the New Rural Construction were elaborated,and the successful experience in South Korea New Construction Movement was dissected.Secondly,the mentor training program was proposed combined with China＇s actual situation.Finally,a conclusion was drawn that we must train the New Farmers and promote the mentor of New Rural Construction.
