基于ADAMS的减速器虚拟样机的动力学仿真

摘要 为了提高企业设计效率,降低技术人员的劳动强度,缩短产品的开发周期,用CATIA软件的二次开发技术,对减速器中的齿轮实现了参数化设计和自动虚拟装配,建立了减速器虚拟样机。利用SimDesigner插件把虚拟样机导入到多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS中,创建了虚拟样机的动力学仿真环境,获得动力学曲线,把仿真值与理论值相比较,验证设计的合理性。 In order to improve design efficiency,reduce labor intensity and technical personnel,shorten product development cycles,the parametric design of gears in the Reducer and the automatic virtual assembly was realized with re-development technology of CATIA,then the virtual prototype of Reducer was established.The virtual prototype was imported to multibody dynamics simulation software ADAMS with SimDesigner software,dynamics simulation environment is created,and the simulation results were analyzed,the Virtual prototyping simulation environment was created,the dynamics curve was obtained,the simulation value was compared with the theoretical value,the rationality of the design was verified.
