摘要
以大豆油和正己醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)催化酯交换反应合成了脂肪酸己酯.考察了n(醇)n(油)、催化剂用量、反应温度以及反应时间对酯交换率的影响.结果表明,最佳合成工艺条件为:n(醇)n(油)=6.0 1,w(PTSA)=5%(以大豆油和正己醇的总质量计),反应温度160℃,反应时间4 h,在此条件下,酯交换率可达到92.6%.
Synthesis of fatty acid ethyl esters through transesterification of soybean oil and n-hexanol catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid( PTSA) was studied. The effects of different reaction conditions such as n( nhexanol) n( oil),amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time were studied on the ratio of transesterification. The results showed that the optimum synthetic process conditions were as follows n( ethanol)n( oil) = 6. 0 1,w( PTSA) = 5%( total quality of soybean oil and n-hexanol),reaction temperature is160 ℃,reaction time is 4 h. Under the above condition,the ratio of transesterification could reach 92. 6%.
